Friends of the Mission
The Friends of the Mission Committee is a fundraising committee of the Niagara Gospel Mission. The objective of this committee is to organize, plan, and schedule fundraising events and programs to benefit the Niagara Gospel Mission. Recognizing that corporate America encourages their employees to become involved in their local community, it is our objective to allow members of our community who have a passion for the homeless to be nominated to membership.
Anyone of good character is eligible to be nominated for membership on this committee. Members should demonstrate basic qualities of honesty, integrity, justice, good judgement, and sound moral character. It is intended that members bring expertise and should be committed to NGM and general policies of the NGM. It is intended that members will allow for a connection for the mission to various businesses, government agencies, and entities that can benefit the ministry and mission of NGM.
This committee is an enjoyable way to become involved with others at NGM in planning and supporting various fundraising events to benefit the mission.

Church growth doesn’t just mean a rise in tithing, attendance, or notoriety – growth can be as simple as watching congregation members who engage with the community grow in their walk with Christ as they minister to those around them.
